Saturday at home has been nice but busy. There is a lot to do when you care for someone who is wheelchair bound. Ken has had a good day, however, and is resting after a nice bath in the shower. The ulcers on his radiation burn area have cleared up so there is no open wounds now. Now it is itching him like crazy. I guess this is part of the healing process. The silvadene cream contains both silver and sulfur which have great healing properties. It is actually called Silver Sulfadiazine Cream.
The home health nurse came out this morning and completed the admittance papers. They will be back on Tuesday for a regular visit. Also, the physical therapist will be contacting us soon. Ken will be going back to Oklahoma City Monday for his second Poly-MVA IV. He is taking the Poly orally today.
Jeff has been a big help today getting the house ready for Ken & the nurse. We are having to move everything around to make room for the wheel chair. I had to make a place for all of the medications, bandages, etc. My house looks like a pharmacy!! The VA is keeping us well supplied in medicine. The nurse had to go through all of the bottles and her list was a full page long including all of the vitamins he is taking.
Ken just awakened from his nap is talking to Karen on the phone. He is doing so much better. I praise God for all he is doing.

Mi Aunt Mary, this is michael. I heard about a treatment for cancer that is Natural and is not to well known but have heard testimonies from people that have been cured of cancer by it.
from what I understand you can eat raw apricot seeds. Raw apricot seeds contain vitamin b17 which has been proven to fight cancer cells.

I know this treatment very well. I had cancer 21 years ago and refused chemo and radiation for the Laetrile (B-17) Metabolical Therapy. Ken also took these treatments 11 years ago when he first had the rectal colon cancer. We received the B-17 intravenously at 9 grams a day for 18 days. Then we were to take 2 grams a day by tablet form for the rest of our lives. The Laetrile was expensive and we could no longer keep taking it. I wish we had, especially in light of what we're going through now. Along with the Laetrile we also took antioxidants and other vitamins, and stayed on a healthy cancer prevention diet.
I asked the doctor about getting the laetrile and he said the Poly=MVA is so much more advanced. Also, the FDA banned the Laetrile, Vitamin B-17, in the USA over 25 years ago because they said it caused cyanide poisoning. This is so untrue. The way our doctor described it was that when the B-17 came in contact with a cancer cell it turned to cyanide, but it left your body in a harmless chemical carrying away the dead cancer cells. You can purchase it from Mexico, however you have to be careful when buying it because you want to get the pure B-17 and sometimes it is sold with less B-17 than you think you are getting. Another reason we didn't go with the B-17 this time is because it takes about 3 months for it to begin working on the tumors and we didn't have that long. Also, the doctor who administered it to us in Ponca City passed away about 3 years ago.
I appreciate your help in this. I know the B-17 really works. I wish we had kept it up over the years and maybe we wouldn't be facing this today. Diet and vitamin & mineral supplements has everything to do with a person getting cancer. We must keep our immune system boosted up and then we would never get cancer. Fast foods and poor diet, smoking, lack of exercise, toxic chemicals, molds, etc. causes us to become unhealthy and therefore causes diseases. Stress is another great factor.
